In recent years, the MPJE pass rates have shown a noticeable decline. For the 2023 cohort, the mean first-time pass rate was 72.0%, a drop from 77.6% in 2021. With a standard deviation of 14.3%, some schools had first-time pass rates as low as 43.4%. This decline suggests that future pharmacy students need to invest more in comprehensive exam preparation to ensure success.
